Head Chef Amerigo Sesti and his culinary team at J’AIME by Jean-Michel Lorain have hand-picked selected local produce to combine with their subtle yet scintillating French cooking techniques to create a new 5-course Business Set Lunch menu including soup, two appetizers, a choice of fish or meat main course and dessert.

Creamy mushroom soup with white chive blossom and porcini oil pebbles

Mini grey shrimp and consommé gelée with pickled chilies, green cabbage and seaweed coulis
Warm duck leg confit and gizzard salad with caramelized vegetables in a blackcurrant-port dressing
