J’AIME INTRODUCES A NEW MENU
Head Chef Amerigo Tito Sesti and his team at J’AIME on the 2nd floor of U Sathorn Bangkok proudly introduce a brand-new new menu created from Michelin Star Chef Jean-Michel Lorain’s recipes.
Highlights of the new menu include-
Creamy herb soup with yellow snails, musky green sponge cake, romaine and wasabi fondue
Beef tartare with Mediterranean vegetables, herbs and marinated lemon
Brittany sardine terrine with marinated cucumber and miso gelée
Heart of cod served with Yanagi Matsutake mushrooms, sea snails and pea hummus
Fine pike mousse with slow-cooked salsify, apple and fish jus
Pan-seared Kamui beef fillet served with porcini and walnut purée and olive-scented wholegrain mustard
Grilled duck foie gras with endives, sweet corn and grapefruit and smoked tea consommé
Delectable desserts such as-
Pear declination with almond Florentine
Coconut bavarois and exotic fruits salad
Strawberry and basil vacherin
Available for lunch and dinner as an à la carte, 5-course, 7-course or 10-course tasting menu.
