Constructed cauliflower “egg” with saffron yolk, caviar and cauliflower tabbouleh *

Pan-seared duck foie gras, beetroot, citrus and salad

Cod filet, oyster tartare and marinated cucumber *

Scallop and razor clams on a marine garden

Porcini mushroom variation served with squash-oil scented pumpkin cubes *

Pan-seared venison, quince and cider

Escargot and Chaource cheese cromesqui *

Pear French toast, blackcurrant coulis and gingerbread ice cream

4-course menu available for lunch only at 4,980 THB net per person including coffee and tea

8-course menu available for lunch and dinner at 8,050 THB net per person including coffee and tea
