The Festive Season is just around the corner and we cordially invite you to celebrate and spend a little quality time with your family and friends with an extravagant French degustation menu at J’AIME created by Michelin Star Chef Jean-Michel Lorain and prepared by Head Chef Amerigo Sesti and his culinary team for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

Christmas Eve Dinner Menu

Amuse-bouche

Black tiger prawn and eyngii mushroom domes with a green mango and white wine gelée and crustacean rouille

Duck and caramarilized vegetable salad with dehydrates blackcurrants and foie gras

Risotto en Arabica: Jerusalem artichokes, roasted coffee beans and Truffles

Plancha-seared rock lobster and quenelles with coriander espuma and Nantua sauce

Turbot and clean ragout with leeks, new potatoes, lemon puree and fresh herbs

Slow-cooked pigeon breast and pistachio-crusted leg served with rhubarb purée and glazed daikon

Pre-dessert

Chef Jean-Michel’s free interpretation of “La Poire Belle Hélène”

Christmas Eve 7-course dinner on Saturday, 24th December 2016 priced at THB 3,999 per person including a welcome drink and coffee or tea.

Christmas Day Brunch on Sunday, 25th December 2016 priced at THB 2,999 per person including coffee or tea.
